As long as they are on your friends and family list in MDE yes you can.

Those offsite friends need to be part of the “group” with onsite friends when you are Selecting FPs for the specific grouping. Without an onsite friend in the group, they can’t share your 60-day window.

When you go to book FPs, the Selection of people has to include one onsite person with the offsite people to book using the 60-day window.
