Fast Passes with EMH

There have been numerous threads stating that on the evenings of EMH, they reset the fast pass machines. Does anyone know exactly what time they do it? I would assume it coincides as to when the EMH begins in a particular park?

Hi,

We just returned on July 16th - only went to one evening EMH - at the AK. There were NO fast pass available that night for any of the rides.

Am unsure what they do at the other parks. One hint, if you want to try the new Soaring attraction at Epcot, be sure to get a fast pass. We were interested in riding it, since it was new. Our plan was to get fast pass, eat lunch and then ride after our meal.

Well, we arrived at The Land at 11:45 and the fast pass return was 5:15-6:15 PM. The stand-by wait was 70 minutes. We got fast pass for Living with the Land instead, ate lunch (very different food selections in the new food court - no one really liked the changes). We then walked onto our boat ride at 12:35. It was great.

Anyone else able to get fast pass during EMH at night???

During my Fourth of July trip I went to Evening EMH at Magic Kingdom twice and Epcot and Animal Kingdom once each.The only attraction that had Fastpass available during Evening EMH was Test Track at Epcot.It must be rare because the Epcot Evening EMH guide had Fastpass listed beside Test Track on the schedule to let everyone know it was available.

We went to the late EMH at MGM and the MK last week. At MGM they reopened the FP machines right at the beginning of EMH. At the MK the FP machines were reopened before the beginning of EMH. I'm not sure when they reopened but you might want to check a half hour before EMH starts. Be warned: the EMH's were so busy that the FP don't last very long.

Just back from a week in the World. No Fast Passes were available at MK on EMH nights that I saw. Sorry.

We have never been able to get a good answer to getting a FP for EMH. Apparently, they open it up for a couple rides, but it is unclear how and why. The only FP we noticed that was working was for Pooh in MK.

On Friday, 7/22, the re-opened the Fast Pass line for Space Mountain. I just happened to be there about 10:15pm and was asking a CM a question about fast passes and she said to come back in about 15 minutes and the machine would be issueing out passes. She did not know how long it would be giving out passes though.
