Fast Pass

I am going to be spending a day each at Universal and Islands Of Adventure towards the end of July, beginning of August (followed by another day split between the two parks). I know it will be busy but is it worth paying the extra money for the pass which allows you to join the fast pass line of every ride once? Or is using the normal fast pass system sufficient? And if you do pay for the extra pass - can u use the normal fast pass system at the same time to go on a ride more than once? Oh and does this pass work for all the rides in the parks? I hope someone can help me out here!

Universal Express is what they have at US & IOA. If you do the pay pass it is $35.00 and it will get you onto each of the rides once. You can use the free Express pass along witht he pay pass. Most of the rides will run out of Express Passes buy Mid morning or early afternoon. Most rides do have Express access except for Pteridon (sp) Flyers in Camp Jurrassic.
