I prefer the website either on my computer or on my tablet.
As long as everyone is linked to each other via the family and friends list and all have tickets one person can make FP+ selections for everyone.
7am eastern 60 days out for onsite.
7am eastern 30 days one day at a time offsite.

I agree with Queen.... for initial booking, I use my laptop. I'll use the app once we are there if we want to try and make changes.

I find that the website is better for giving more time options for a specific ride. But the app works fine if you have a more general idea of what rides and what time of the day you want. What I did was use a browser on my phone. When I was in the parks and trying to book a day-of pass or modify a time it was easier to use the browser as the refresh button was handier than the app.

As long as you are connected to everyone thru MDE (i.e. They all appear in your friends and family list) you can make plans for everyone.
