First visit ever! Leaving in 9 days!! Still trying to figure out if I should switch our fast pass from Toy Story Mania to Fantasmic...thoughts on this?? Thanks! :)

Toy Story, no question. Otherwise you either won't get to ride it or will have to wait 90-120 minutes to ride.

Fantasmic seats plenty, and you have a decent view from just about every seat. I personally think offering FP+ for Fantasmic is silly.

Toy story mania. That ride is the most popular ride in all of Disney. The lines are usually 70-90 minutes.

DEFINITELY Toy Story...don't get a FP for Fantasmic..as long as you make sure you get to the theater BEFORE 7.

OR, get a FP for Fantasmic, and get to HS AT ROPE DROP. And go straight to Toy Story (even then there might be a little wait, because that's where everyone will be going)

I would NOT waste one on Fantasmic at all. There is no real reserved seating, or at least there wasn't a couple months ago. Only reserved seating was for the dinner packages. TSMM all the way.

Many people on the Theme Park board have said that a Fantasmic FP+ is a waste of a FP+. You literally get nothing other than an alternative entrance. Once you get through the entrance, you're put into general seating. They experimented with a reserved area earlier in the year, but stopped doing that by the end of October, when we were there. We saw many, many unhappy FP+ holders at Fantasmic.

Toy story mania for sure. We were there last week and the lines were 60-90 minutes for standby. We saw the 2nd showing iof fantasmic and were right in the middle. The 1st show was filled to capacity and they were announcing it on the speakers a

Toy Story, no question.

We got a FP+ for Fantasmic because we were there on New Year's Eve. It was nice not to have to wait in line for a long time, but if I had to do it over, I wouldn't use a FP+

Even though our seats were near the front and we got in first I actually think people near the back have it better. We got seated right down front, but I wanted to get up and go to the bathroom. The people pouring in at that point was impossible to pass and was like swimming upstream. I finally gave up and went back to my seat.

When the show was over, the people at the very back got out quickly. We had to wait quite a while just to move and cast members were yelling constantly to keep folks from climbing over the seats.

Next time I think I'll wait until just before the show, mosey in and sit near the back.
