Fast Pass for Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit and how paced are the park in Sept.?

Hi,

Have they finally opened the fast pass line for Rip Ride Rockit? We are heading to Orlando from Sept. 6-10 and was wondering how are the lines and parks are after labor day?

I doubt it very seriously.. with HP coming.. I was told that the HR3 ride would not get and Express Line for "quite a long time"...

Not to nitpick but Universal Express

but it's supossed to open when Harry Potter opens as that will be then the new thing and take focus off HRRR

Rockit does not have Express available.
