Fast pass and FP+ questions, strategy?

We will be staying at AKL and CR this weekend and next. I know I can book some FP+ reservations in advance, but we have not decided which park to go to yet on which days. Can we reserve the FP+ online and then still use our tickets for regular FPs? Which parks still have the old regular FPs?

We are used to using 5-8 FPs per day, so being limited to 3 a day is going to take some getting used to. Any strategies?

Depends on at which resort you are staying and/or what kind of ticket media
you may have.
