Fast pass+ 60 day window question

Are you able to book fast pass plus reservations at 12:01am on day 60 or is it like 6:00am like dining? Thanks!

I think I read elsewhere that FP+ is available just after midnight of your 60th day. Mine is tonight, I will let yuo know.

I did mine about 2 weeks ago, it's definitely midnight EST.
