Hey there, I just switched my hotel from Candy Cane Inn to the Carousel for a number of reasons, including getting a discount code from another site that let me save $40/night! However, now I have to plan breakfasts. To tell you the truth, I probably would have been grabbing food in the park anyway because I am never really interested in eating hotel breakfast buffets or eating first thing in the morning. This is a long way of asking what your favorite quick breakfast in the parks or DTD? I am not interested in a sit-down meal or character meal but any quick-service or counter favorites would be good to hear about.

Also, does the Cozy Cone motel still have a breakfast cone? and I think DS would be interested in a breakfast burrito if there is a tasty one.

Thanks!

My daughter and I really liked the character waffles at Flo's. The turkey bacon was horrible, so next time I'm going to see if I can get regular bacon. The croissant breakfast sandwich at Jolly Holiday was pretty good also.

We mostly do Starbucks. However, the beignets at Jazz Kitchen Express in DTD, are always good, too!

If you are near The Grand Californian, I like Whitewater Snacks for breakfast. You can either order hot food, or grab things (yogurt parfaits, fruit, cereal, etc.) from the refrigerators.

At least once I always indulge in the truly decadent cinnamon roll at Jolly Holiday.

My strategy at WDW has alway been to keep granola bars and yogurt and fruit in our hotel room. Eat a little something. Go and take advantage of riding attractions early in the morning. Mid morning go have something more substantial. I plan to do the same thing at DLR.

We often grab a jamba juice in downtown disney. It's a great option because it's no mess, portable, and perfect to snack on while waiting in line for the parks to open. Once in the parks, our favorite quick service breakfast is riverbelle terrace in disneyland. There is something so relaxing about eating in front of the rivers of america watching the world go by while eating mickey pancakes!

We always bring bars to eat in line but River Belle has some good plates. The breakfast cone at cozy cones is a egg with salsa thing. Tasty but not really my thing.

Beignets, jamba juice and Starbucks are our go to's. I also bring granola bars and trail mix. We like getting fruit at the carts. I've been known to start my morning with a churro for breakfast.

Riverbelle. But you want fast and it can get really crowded. Starbucks in DTD! Not sure if the in-park Sbux have the same breakfast sandwich options.

We just ate at River Belle for breakfast the past 2 days - quick, hardly any line, ample outdoor seating, and great food!

Good suggestions all. We are going for 3 days and I feel I want to go longer just for all the yummy food options! I am going to check out that podcast too DSNY4ever- great idea. Thanks!

We also like Jamba Juice for their steel cut oatmeal. If you get it straight without the fruit, sugar, etc its a nice healthy breakfast.

Our absolute favorite is Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen Express in DTD. Their beignets and chicory coffee is my ideal Disney breakfast.

Jolly Holiday has some great options too.
