fare went down but when I pick the lower fare to change to shows 0

twice since booking our trip the fare went down so I was able to change it on line both times with no problems at all
so today I checked and the fare went down again
but this time when I go through the change and pick the flight it shows 0 change

but when I go through like Im making a new resveration the fare is down showing 4 seats available we only need 2

what else can be done--Im trying to avoid calling since Im sure its still hard to get through

wonder if this was a glitch cause this morning it was back to what it was when I got the credit just a few days ago

but 2 people were lucky to cash in on it since it started out a t 4 seats later last night it was down to 2

Sounds like your only other option is to cancel and rebook at the lower rate. Always a bit of danger there, and if you have early bird you will lose it if you cancel. I have done it but have the new tickets in my cart and ready to pay for before I cancel the original.

Yea I had thought of that but I’m always so afraid I’ll mess it up. I did just keep what I had. But I will keep watching just curious though what happened

Are you checking 1 way or both ways?
If both it's possible the other way has gone up and it's made the change balance out to 0
If you can, try just 1 leg at a time and see what happens

Another option, try the App vs the website, or vice versa

Also, try clearing your cookies. It's always possible you are not seeing the most recent prices. I've had that happen with Southwest site every once in a while.
