Fantasyland Character Festival?

I am not sure what, where or if this is around. I have seen it on a few other sites and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it or if it was even around.

I'm pretty sure this is correct but if I'm wrong I apologize- This is the old loading area of 20,000 Leagues, its right down from Ariel's Grotto in Fantasyland. They have different characters there throughout the day signing autographs.

Usually you will find villians here - In my two previous trips, I seen Jafar, Cruella, Snow Queen, Queen of Hearts, Sheriff of Nottingham, Ratcliff, Prince John from Robin Hood, and Maleficient there.

Usually you will find villians here

Not always villians!!

I remember Dopey being there, with face characters Snow white and Cinderella, as well as pluto and goofy.

I have found Villians there twice. And because they were villians most people seemed to walk on by. We ourselves only waited in line for one villian, that being Governor Radcliffe. Which we saw, and our little guys looked at us as If we were insane for going near him? It is a great photo of our 2 year old twins. We are alughing and they are looking at us as if to say are you allright?
