Fantasy food thoughts - has it gone downhill as food costs have gone up? Post Covid? Cruising in a couple weeks…

We sailed pre-Covid and then again on the Fantasy last month and had no complaints at all about the food! I will say we are not fancy dining people so that may play into it but we had zero complaints about the food on the ship! My scale when I returned home agreed with this statement!

We find that the food is technically correct but doesn‘t carry through with its theme — Jamaican, no spice ; Asian, overcooked or missing veggies or enhancements. The flavor profile is not going to satisfy you if live near an urban center with a vibrant ethnic restaurant scene.

Did we notice a decline in quality and taste of food on the ship? It wasn't noticeable to us.
