Fantasmic Refurbishment?

I heard a rumor that Fantasmic is going to be down for refurb around the first part of Feb when we will be there. No skin off my nose as I am partial to the DL version but my party members were wanting to go. Any news?

Well, yes and no. Yes I did see an outside site a few weeks ago that said they were thinking of closing it the last few days in January and the first few in February. But no, I was not able to find any official announcements or info anywhere. This subject was tossed around on the boards last week and I think a cast member(not sure) posted that the show time schedules were still in place as far as they knew. So, at this point its still just a rumor. I am holding off making reservations myself hoping this will be clarified in the near future.
