do they just take your credit card # when you reserve, or are you actually charged upon booking?

They just hold your reservation with the CC#. It is not charged unless and until you use it to pay or you don't show without cancelling. We had DDP and we just applied that to our meal. No charge on the CC.

it is to hold your reservation.......we always do this and then we pay in cash usually....dont worry ......and enjoy your Fantasmic Pkg .....

1) They are supposed to use the credit card ONLY if you no-show for F!.
2) But, frequently, they actually charge the card or debit card.
3) Be prepared for either instance, even if you are on DDP.
4) If you are on DDP, you can get a refund when you appear for the meal.

NOTE: For some meals, they hit the card immediately.

As other posters have said, for the "F" package you will be ONLY charged for a no-show/call. I booked our "F" package in June and nothing has shown up on my CC as of today................
