Fantasmic- IS it set price/menu/3 courses even with normal DDP?

Hi all

Hoping some one has had the fantasmic package recently with either Mama Melrose or Brown Derby and can help answer few queries.

Is it a set menu - set options to choose from or any thing from normal menu?

Does it include 3 courses even with normal DDP? Some sites allude to this but not mentioned on WDW own site.

Is it a set price for these 3 (or 2 courses if its not the appertiser included)?

I am trying to work out plan as want to eat at Derby but not sure if to do as fantasmic or later in evening and dress up more. If in evening wont be having appertiser (probably) but if included in fantasmic package that may sway to the 17.00 timing.

You can order what you want from the menu, as far as I know it is still appetizer, entree, dessert even if you are using the basic DDP. But you will pay the fixed price regardless of what you do or don't order out of those 3 items.
