I made a few PS's today :bounce: I'm starting to get the hang of this!

I made a PS for 3/30 @ H & V for 5:00 for the Fantasmic (as per the suggestion of the reservationist). After reading some posts I'm wondering if this is too late to make it to the show? Also, how is the food?

I could also wait until later in the week and see what the April package brings and make a reservation for that instead.

We're doing a few things in a row so I hope I don't exhaust everyone - 1st night Spectro, 2nd Fantasmic, 3rd Hoop..... then a break, then Illuminations....! Also, is this too full a schedule?:)

Thanks as always for your advice...

DH and I did the 5 pm PS at H&V on 2/26. It was plenty of time....in fact we had time to sit and relax in the stadium on our empty side while we watched all the others file in on the other side.

I thought the food was "okay", but DH liked it a lot. It is classic Buffet meat and potatoes and DH was certainly able to fill up....I had a veggie lo mein dish that was very good. Good salads too, bruschetta with tomato on top, etc.....desserts were classic cakes and puddings.....also if you are bringing the kids they had a make your own sundae bar that it looked like the kids were having fun with. They had chicken fingers, potatoes and mac 'n cheese on the kiddie buffet. I am dairy intolerant so I didnt dare enjoy the sundaes knowing I wanted to sit through fantasmic!!

We also try to hit a lot of the night time shows, so I personally dont think your schedule is too full....you could easily be back at the hotel resting by 8:30-10pm latest (illuminations night).....and be relaxing by pool hot tub or in bed! But, that being said, DH and I dont yet have kids, so I cant speak to what that schedule would do to little ones.

5:00 should give you plenty of time, we just ate there a few weeks ago, we stumbled in at 5:45 and although we had to rush somewhat (they wanted us to be at the special entrance by 6:30), we still had time to eat. I thought it was really good, although i wish I had more time to get seconds of some of the food!!

Hi, yes it was worth it to us that night. We had originally planned to go to Pizza Planet for dinner, but when we got there we realized that they are only open for lunch, so then we started looking for another place to eat. Everything seemed to be closed!! So, we walked back over to H & V, and we saw that they were still open. They said it would be about 10 mins. for a table, and then I mentioned that we were trying to eat soon so we could get to Fantasmic, and the CM said, "Well, do you want to do the package, we can seat you right away." So, we said yes, but at this point it was 5:45, and the CM said they like you to be at the special entrance by 6:30, so we had to rush a little. But, Fantasmic was full that night, so it was good to know we could go into the other entrance and get a seat.:D
