Fantasmic @ HBD on the Silver Plan can you choose what you want?

Leaning towards HBD for the FDP as we will be using wishes for DH & I for this meal and paying cash for our 2 DS's.

Can we pick whatever we want off the menu? ANY appetizer, entree and dessert?

Also someone said drinks and tip are not included? I'm presuming on the Silver Plan they will be?
