Fantasmic Dinner Pkg in January?

We are going Jan 21-29 and Fantasmic is on our "Must See" list. Do we need to book the Fantasmic Dinner package to avoid the long wait time? Or is the wait not that long in January?

Also does anyone know what time Fantasmic usually shows in January? I can make my ADR next Sunday so I am trying to get it all together this week.

I don't think you would need to in order to get a decent seat.

We've gone in January every year since 2001 and only did the package the first year. You won't have any problems getting good seats without the package. Actually you'll probably get better seats without the package. You'll need to arrive about 30 mins before the show. Oh, I almost forgot Fantasmic is usually around 7:00 - 7:30 in January. We'll be there again next year from Jan, 12th - 23rd. Maine

I am really glad to hear this. I think I will cancel my Mama Melrose package. I think had ADR's for Jan. 8 or 9. I really don't want to pay the package for 8 people. I did it years ago but it was during a busier time.

glad to hear this - we've never been in January and are going this year the 3rd - 8th - hate eating an early dinner - if Fantasmic is 7ish then we would love to eat somewhere else afterwards - thanks for the info

We do it anyway because we like knowing that we only have to wait 30 minutes for the show and we'll be guaranteed a seat.
