When you make your reservation tell CM you want the package. At dinner you will get a yellow card that will give you the preferred seating for the show. We were just there a few weeks ago, great show! You enter the show through the backstage area. We arrived about 15 minutes before show time and had no trouble getting our seats. The only thing I didn't like was the preferred seating was the last section on the right. Better seats, in my opinion would be in the middle.

We had a 3:30 reservation for Mama Melrose and the package is only good for the 8:30 F! show. (There is also a 10:00 show.) We arrived 30 min. prior to the show and it was already packed in all sections - even the reserved area. It wasn't a problem getting seating for us since there were only 2 of us but larger parties were splitting up.
