A friend of mine is going to WDW in a few weeks with 2 young kids. Her son is about 2 & her daughter is only a few months old.

She is wondering if it's worth it to do the Hollywood & Vine/Fantasmic Dinner Package. She doesn't believe her children will sit patient enough to wait for Fantasmic, but isn't sure if it's worth the money to spend for the dinner & seats.

For as many times as I've been to WDW, I've never done the package.

Reviews on it? TIA.

She still need to arrive at least 45min early or they'll give out her seats.

My consern is what if it rains  Then you got stuck eating this expensive meal for nothing :upsidedow

I'd advise her to skip it.

The show may be cancelled for weather, the wait even with a FD package will be long for kids that age, restroom facilities are on the walkway in, not right in the stadium if the kids need a bathroom break during the show, and in some parts it's very loud and can be scary for small kids.

I was told that I need to arrive at least 30 minutes early. We're booked for the Fantasmic package in HBD in September. I would only do it if they were planning to have dinner in the park anyways and if they find the menu appealing.
