Fantasmic Dinner @ Brown Derby what time???

I am planning on going to the Brown Derby as to take advantage of the Fantasmic Dinner Package in September and wondered what time I should plan to make the priority seating for? From what I understand the Brown Derby can take a while to eat at (1.5 hours or so) and that being the case, I am wondering how early I need to make a priority seating. I am thinking I should be ok @ 6 PM assuming Fantasmic is at 8 PM (anticipate parks closing earlier in late September).

Will that work or should I plan for an earlier dinner?

I would give myself at least 2 hours, maybe more - our dinner at Brown Derby not too long ago was 2 hours or so, plus we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated after our PS.

That being said, the later PS times don't open up until closer to your date anyways, so you'll probably have to take the latest they have at the time and call back later when teh later times are released.
