Fantasmic dining res- do all your people in the party have to get the fantasmic package?

We've booked a Fantasmic dining reservation for Cafe Orleans. Just wondering if a couple people in our party can just order regular menu items (with no fantasmic fastpass)? My husband and toddler will not be able to last for the 9pm show so aren't needing the fastpasses (that and we'll want the pomme frites that aren't on the fantasmic menu).

I think they can ordered off the regular menu. We have dimensional that before at DCA trattoria.
