For those who have booked this package previously, what time should I arrive for best seating if I have an 8:00 showing? I’m not one to wait around for an hour prior to a show to get the very best seat, I just want to make sure we are close enough to enjoy the show and make the extra money we paid for VIP seating “worth it.” Also, how long will it take to exit the area after the show?

A. 35-45 min. before show time.
B. 10-15 min.

I write this to help anyone traveling in a wheelchair just as a heads up before booking. The accessible seating here is disgusting. They park the members of your family like cars in a parking lot and make the rest of the family sit in rows in front. People in wheelchairs are people with family and friends. Not cars to be parked in a lot. IMG_20190818_200215.jpg

How would you improve it?

I can see why they do it because you can fit more wheelchairs in but this is a case of numbers over sentiment. Sure it is great to say we can accommodate 50 wheelchairs but they cannot accommodate 50 families with wheelchairs. I would put seats next to the wheelchair spaces so families could be together, you can't for as many wheelchairs but at least you can keep families together.

When we did this last August, I showed up about 40 minutes before show time and had our desserts and seated about 5 or 10 minutes later and that was plenty of time, there were still a lot of empty bench space around us. I'm going again next week (eek!) and will probably cut that down to 25 - 30 minutes before show time.

We’ve done this a few times, no need to arrive any earlier than it will take you to eat your desserts- we get there half hr or in advance and had our choice of spots. They make you move to the end of the row so getting there early means you won’t be centered anyway- not a huge deal, but means early is not necessarily best. This next trip will be our 3rd time in a row of trying to get this in again. We had reservations in May, got rained out. Then rained out in August, rescheduled for later in the week and it got rained out too. We did get refunds each time at least, but we seem to be cursed so might want to avoid going on our night. lol
