Anyone done "stand by" for Fantasmic lately? (As in, no dining plan!)

Hoping to park hop Saturday night and just trying to determine how early we should plan to queue up. Not really particular about where we sit, although we're willing to grab a snack and wait it out a little longer for a decent view, rather than running in at the last minute.

Thanks in advance!

We did it 2 weeks ago. Got there 45 minutes or so early and walked right in and were seated 4 rows up near center (just next to the reserved section). It was more or less full by the time it started.

Super helpful - thank you! We'll aim for about the same - appreciate it!

It was just like this on July 6 too. We were early to dining package line and my daughter and her boyfriend ran to get front center seats at 90 min preshow and the whole area was empty for quite some time lol. I would say 44 min before show will give excellent seats and even later will be good too. By showtime the whole place was full but it didn’t fill until late

I missed it this week because Rise of the Resistance was showing up as a 45 minute wait so we opted to run over there and hop in line instead. It was definitely longer than that but we still headed over right around 9 just to see and sadly if only we'd gotten there a couple minutes earlier we may have gotten in, they had literally JUST came out and started telling people that it was full. So if it's anything like that, there will still be seats until the last minute. Probably not great ones but still.

We did standby on June 27th.

We were freaking hot.. lol and worn out so we decided to go in early.. like 7-730 and got perfect standby seats. We ate a bunch of snacks lol. We deff didn't need to be that early for 9pm show. Would have been fine around 8-815
