Hi everyone-

I am going to Disneyland November 25-28. The 25th is the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend and I'm trying to decide whether I should get the reservation package. Has anyone been to Disneyland Thanksgiving weekend before? If so, what are crowds generally like that Sunday night?

Thanks for your input!

We were there that Sunday in 2010 and it was packed. We didn't get in to DL until 6 and right when the parade was near City Hall. We had tickets for Fantasmic that night and we were resigned that it was about the only thing were going to do.

We walked to NOS and rode Pirates/HM with not too bad of a wait, like 15 minutes for Pirates, 30 minutes for HM. As I waited in line to get our seats everyone else went to Splash, kids did single rider, 10 minute wait. We didn't stick around much after the show, we were tired as we drove down this trip (6.5 hours).

Monday was still pretty packed. Tuesday-Friday, everything was just about walk on. Major attractions had 20-30 minutes waits at most during the evenings.

This year we are going the Wed-Sunday during Thanksgiving and expect it to be totally packed. We will still have a magical time. Hope you have a magical trip!
