I need some advice please!!! :goodvibes

We are going to Fantasmic on a Wed. night in Nov. It is the only show of the night. We're meeting friends there and they're going to save us some seats. We want to ride Tower of Terror one more time. We're going to have cell phones for communication. There's only 2 of us coming and 2 of them saving seats.

My questions are: Is this acceptable? I know lots of people do it, but I don't want to be rude. Also, how late is too late to arrive? We hope to get on TT quickly and head right over. But if we show up 15 min. before, is that OK? Will it be very crowded do you think? :confused3

Thanks for your imput. These are both attractions we don't want to miss, but we want to be prepared if we have to decide between them. Thanks so very much! :goodvibes

I would arrive more than 15 minutes beforehand. I would say you need to arrive at least 30 minutes early.
Are you only going to MGM to ride TOT and see Fantasmic? I'm not understanding why you'd be cutting this so close.
I have seen many times when CM's will not allow people to save seats for long periods of time. Especially if you don't arrive until the last minute.

I don't thinks this would be fare to those of us who have waited in line.I know lots of people do this. Why would you not get to the park eariler to ride TOT and then get in line for Fantasmic. You should really arrive 30 Min before. If you would allow yourself an hour in a half should have no problem doing both. It all depends on how long the line is at TOT. Just my 2 cents worth.

I didn't think saving seats was possible.
Plus, if it gets too crowded and the place starts filling up, they tell everyone to push to the middle to make space available on the ends of rows for new people coming in.
I wouldn't count on having that seat when you get back.

You may find people who don't think it's right but you can. Mind you the person saving the seats may get some nasty looks (and a lot of "Are these seats free?) but you should be able to do that.

I have also seen them turn people away at the entrance when they are filled to capacity, so if you wait too late you may not even get in the entrance.
