Fantasmic 5/4/04 what time is the show?

We've booked Fantasmic Dinner @ Mama Melrose on 5/4/04 @ 6:20. Show starts @ 8:30-I think. DIS says 9:00, Walt Disney site says 8:30. If the show is @ 8:30 is a 6:20 dinner too late?

Does this sound like a good plan? This is a first for us.

The show I think will be at 8:30. We had a ps for 50's one time with no package and we didn't get seated until after 7:00 with our ps being I think around 6:30. We ended up getting out of there after 8:00 and by the time we walked over they were full up and turning people away. This was our first trip with kids in May of 1998. I would see if I could make it earlier. But, then again you are guaranteed a spot I think 30 minutes or so from the start of Fantasmic. I still say why push the time limits, slow down and enjoy your meal. Have fun, we will be doing the Fantasmic package on May 2nd, 2004 for Mama Melrose's for a first seating at 4:00 p.m.

Thanks for the tip Badger Brent. I called today and moved our reservation to 5:20. If the show is @ 8:30 this should allow plenty of time to make it to the other side to the park after dinner.
