Day 4
After a pretty hectic day yesterday today was a nice easy day for us. That said I woke up feeling pretty bad at how much we had had to eat yesterday so I decided it was time to head to the gym! I believe this to be the first time ever I have visited a gym on vacation and whilst I only did a half hour work out I felt good for it! The Shipshape club has some good equipment and at 7.30 in the morning I certainly didn’t need to wait for any machines. I felt good for the exercise after which Cinderfella and I headed to the Concierge lounge again for some sustenance but not too much as we were having brunch shortly.
One of my friends had organised a private party for her hubby’s birthday today at The Attic at The Boardwalk and we had been invited. I was super excited about this as we haven’t been back to the The Attic since I had my bridal shower that back in 2004!
For those that don't know where The Attic is it's a huge room in the style of a Living Room/Attic above Jellyrolls.... see that railing... that's where we were!

Even though within walking distance we cadged a lift from one of my GF’s Stacy as we all needed to get to The Attic before Beth showed up with Dennis! They had been having a family photo shoot beforehand and the ploy was that their photographer, Randy Chapman, who incidentally was theirs and ours wedding photographer… back in the day… wanted to get good shots from The Attic… surprise!!
Dennis arriving for his Surprise birthday party!

Beth's in trouble!

All of us girlies had met online whilst we were planning our Disney Weddings or Vow Renewals so it was fun to get together.

We had a most amazing brunch that Disney laid on plus some awesome cupcakes which I believe were filled with Beth and Dennis original wedding cake flavour.

Blowing out his candles!

Almost a cake smash for this little one!

I love me some cake!

Inside filling - yummo!

Randy Chapman rocks as usual and here are a few of my favourite shots from the party!

No idea what was going on here but it’s a fun capture LOL

After the party some of us wanted to hang out at the pool – we took the longgggggg walk back to Kelly’s room, this is why Cinderfella refuses to stay at the BW because you can’t guarantee a room close to the lobby. We got changed and then headed to the pool just in time for the grey clouds to come on over… we lasted as long as we could in the kiddies pool before I could take it no longer and got changed.
Cinderfella and I went off shopping for a little while before changing and then headed out to Dr Phillips for dinner with our friends, Tracy and Keith. We actually met Tracy back in 2003 as he was our Disney Wedding Planner and we have been friends ever since so we always try and hang out with them each time we head back to WDW. We ate at Carreiras off Sand Lake which is one of my favourite Italian’s in the area. It’s down to earth, the portions are big, service is friendly, food is fresh and the Cannolis are some of the best I have ever tasted! Sorry though I only got a piccy of the calamari which is so light and to die for!

After dinner we headed back to the resort and turned in for the night.
