I am thinking about trying to fit a round of mini-golf at Fantasia Gardens & Fairways on my arrival day, around 2:30PM. How crowded can I expect it to be, and as a solo traveler, about how long should I expect it to take me to get through the course? I was planning to go to Epcot for a bit after and then return to Hollywood Studios for fireworks.

What time of year are you going? If during the upcoming holidays or during the weekend you can figure it will be busier; if not then take temperature into account If normal afternoon temps are hot or cold then less people will be out in the afternoon.
Plan on the course time taking about 1 hours.

Normally, I would say it's not too crowded during the day, but you are there near Halloween...

But also fairly early in the week, and during Food & Wine, so a lot of people will be on their first or second park day as well. This one might be a little tough to cause with all of these variables.
