I'm dropping #2 off the list because Victoria & Albert's is not on my list for anything, and is on WDW property.
I would suggest many of the fine restaurants at Pointe Orlando. Capital Grille is one of my personal favorites. Even though they were #3 for "best power lunch", the atmosphere is nice. They do this thing to the steaks that ruins every other steak you will eat for the rest of your life. The Lobster Bisque is also good. Edit: almost forgot the fried calamari... to die for.
To me, Luma wasn't worth the drive to Winter Park, but it's a nice area if you feel like a ride, the food is good, and the staff are on point. Dr. Phillips, 535, and I-Drive have the bulk of the fine dining with easy access from WDW.
I have to agree that Norman's and Ravenous Pig are the ones I'm "dying to visit" because I've had them recommended by more than one person (but my list also includes the Columbia, Oceanaire, Opa, Johnnie's, Venetian, FishBones, and Vito's.)
