The Cast Member seen and heard at 11:29 (and a bit beyond) is the very famous (to WDW regular guests) Tower of Terror CM (T. J. Wollard) who, for many years, played the most amazing "in-character" bellhop loading the elevators. (And, a guest favorite in that role!)

Hi everyone! TJ is back at the ToT to STAY! Just saw him today, and he discussed his reassignment at Galaxy’s Edge being for a couple of years, and once he got everything off the ground there, he came back home to the Tower! My favorite cast member. I was thrilled to see him!
