Family visiting during trip, how to get them access to pools and stuff.

Quick question for the mindtrust of this board. I have a 2b and have invited my aunt and her husband to stay with us the last 3 days of the trip. We are 7 with them so there is no occupancy issue. My question is do I just get them room cards so they can use the pool when they come or do I have to do that at my check in?

Put them on your reservation and get them room cards. You can get them when they check in. That would seem to be the easiest way. Tell the CM at check in that part of your party willl be joining you later in the trip. I have done it where I have left the rooms cards at the front desk in an envelope if we wern't going to be around when our guests arrived.

One recomendation: Add them when you check in. We had a ressie that was linked (unknown to us because we had 1 confirmation sheet for all the dates, but it was apparently as a result of waitlisting the middle day which finally came through). We were going to add two people to our 2BR (we started with 3 people) towards the end of the stay and it proved too much for the reservation system. Our choices were check out and check back in the next day or the reservation lady could make a key manually. (We were trying to get the key in advance so we could give it to them the night before when we saw them.)
Had we thought to put them on the ressie from the beginning date, it would have been way easier.

Great suggestion. I will wait until I check in. I could see it messing up my current reservation.
