Family Vacation - Questions. All advice or information is very much appreciated.

My DW & I have been DVC for a while. We always travel just as a couple. This year we have been fortunate enough to book a Grand Villa for 5 days. We have invited 8 relatives to join us. All are adults...some elderly... 1 teen. Really looking forward to this new experience. My questions are : MDE - a few have MDE and I told them to link the reservation (I hope that is recommended). We always fly ... some are driving. How do I make sure they can park and not have to pay? I have added all of them to the ressie in DVC Member site. Any other things I need to do to make sure it is seemless to handle this trip. Note: They are all looking at us as the “Disney” experts to help with all arrangements. All this while watching daily to see what changes at WDW with Park ressies, Dinning ressies, Fastpass+ if it returns,
I know this is a lot and I appreciate any advice ... Disboard members have always been my go to place with questions and advice. We are traveling in December so we have time to plan.

Oh my, what a great experience you will have! Many years ago we had 13 people altogether, in a few villas. As far as parking fees, there should be none, check the room bill daily, that’s what I would do. I think now each guest can have their own credit card for billing, be sure everyone understands about room charge.
Will you be cooking? Will there be Candlelight Processionals? Will you try to rent a pontoon boat for fireworks cruise? Dessert party? You do have time, but think about all the things you would like to do, not everyone has to do everything together.

PS...Our big bash was for Mom’s 85th birthday...we had guests from 10 years up to Mom!
