it's been a while since I was last here, my last trip was Feb 2011, since then we had a little girl, so now that is 2 boys (6 &10) and 3 girls (10months,11yrs and 14yrs). DH and I have decided to go again , this time in September. our previous 2 trips have been in freezing cold February, so hopefully the weather the weather will be nice in September, has anyone been then previously? we got a decent price from 11th-15th September at Hotel Cheyenne, for all of us and the MIL..2150 with Eurostar standard premier (free upgrade). I am very excited to be taking my little princess!! has anyone travelled standard premier before? I was just wondering what it would be like. really looking forward to staying at the Cheyenne, we have stayed only at santa fe before, we opted for the Cheyenne as it has bunk beds (my teens don't want to share beds!!) any tips or useful info you have about the Cheyenne or the park in general would be great! x :)

I've been in September :) I was there for the weekend of the 15/16th for my birthday last year, and boy it was hot. We thought it was going to be chilly, but we boiled in jeans and t's! I hope you get great weather too :-)

We went on September the 3rd last year and the weather was really nice for us, not too hot (apart from on the last day!), but quite chilly at night. We changed in to our jeans and jumpers for Dreams every night.

We have been twice in September both times a few days off your dates and it has always been lovely and hot in the day, no need for coats but the evenings were chilly.

We travelled premier once and found it no different to standard other than you get free food. Although the food wasn't very nice and neither dd or dh ate it but if it's free like yours I wouldn't of complained.

Your children will love the Cheyenne , mine did and it has a great family atmosphere and the children were all playing together outside in the evenings.

The only downside I find going with a baby is the lack of rides you can take under 1s on meaning one of you has to spend a lot of time sitting around waiting for the others on the rides.

thanks for the info, it's gonna e strange going when it's not frrreezing!! really looking forward to the cheyenne too :) also bubba wiil actually be 18 months by the time we go....(omg where does the time go?)

We are also going in September, 8th to the 16th, we've been twice before at this time and it's wonderful, weather is great and on some days it hit over 30c, last year we went at the end of June and the weather was pretty much the same as September except the place was much busier, it's much less hectic in Sep as most kids are back at school across europe.

yippee we're going in september too- 9th-13th :cool1: glad to hear about the weather being nice (for the most part) :goodvibes hopefully the parks won't be too busy considering school holidays will have ended, etc!!
