Friday 8/13- Charley on the way...What to do, What to do..We left anyway. We drove to Orangeburg, SC and spent night. Beautiful Weather, No traffic.

Saturday 8/14- Call to Palm Coast Condo- No damage advised us to come. Call to WDW advised us to come since not going to be at WDW until Monday 8/16. Headed out of sc while charley was on the way to SC, Beautiful Weather, No traffic- Arrived at Palm Coast. Grocery Store shopping.

Sunday 8/15- Flagger Beach/ afternoon Rain- Played games inside Condo. ( Disney Games and Movies )

Monday 8/16- Left Palm Coast at 6:15 am and drove 2 hrs to Orlando. Drove to MGM and parked up front and was there at rope drop. This was the hottest day we had on our trip. It was a long day and we were exhausted. Lunch at SCI FI, IT was very nice. Kids enjoyed. Dinner at H&V- Food was good, Had to wait 30 min to be seated even with PS. The atmosphere is terrible. Tables very close and alot of dishes banging together all the time. Felt like I was in a truck stop or something. They were turning away people without PS. I had the idea we could not check into ASM until 4pm so we would skip break. Huge mistake. Rhode everything except TOT ( kids wanted to ride but got afraid) Checked into All Star Movies.

Tuesday 8/17- AK at opening. Large line at entrance due to AK being shut down a day or so because of Charley. I went to entrance at RFC and NOBODY was there. At opening time, finally a elderly lady about 70 yrs old slowly crept her way to the turnstiles but could not get it ready to open. After about 5 tries, she finally was able to unlock the gate but told us to stay there because she needed to get a drink of water. We saw other people already entering the park from the main entrance...While we waited. Finally another CM came by and told us we could enter. We then entered only to be caught by the older lady. We had to convience her the park had already opened before she would let us walk any futher into the park...She really held us up about 10 minutes and the crowds going to the safari were huge.
We still managed to ride all the rides, most of them without any line or wait at all.
We ate at RFC and used Vac Kingdom Vouchers. We even purchased some for our kids for 12.99. They were allowed to eat off the adult menu. My bill came to almost $190 with tax however our vouchers we only paid $88. There was so much food we ate leftovers for dinner. Only complaint was it was freezing in this place and it took at total of 2 hrs to complete our meal. They were really slow, even with ps.- We were seated promptly still took 2 hrs.
Afternoon: Back to MGM so kids could ride TOT. They changed their mind and begged us to take them back. They loved it.

Wedesday 8/18
MK at rope drop. We sm, buzz and couple other rides before our 10:10 PS for Cindy's. Kids loved this. The food was fine. Ive eaten worse. We saw Sleeping Beauty, Mary Poppins, Belle, Cinderella, Fairy Godmother, and Snow White. We actually did everything except Fantasyland.

Thursday 8/19- EMH back to Mk, Completed Fantasy Land and couple repeat rides from day before. We then sat up front to first show of Cinderellas surprise Celebration. Kids really liked this.
Left and went BB. It was hot & crowded. Kids loved the PreTeen area.
Left and drove back to Palm Coast.

Friday 8/20- Flagger Beach

Saturday 8/21- Drive home WV

We did everything we wanted to do. The crowds were not that bad. Used FP alot. Used #50 sunscreen and nobody burned. We used our misty mate alot and glad we took it. Also used cool bandana's which was the best. All of us had fanny packs on- Each had ponchos inside that we never had to use at all. We enjoyed this trip so much. We used Dis trans exclusively except for First day to MGM. We liked the bus and of all the trip we took was only crowded once or twice to where we had to stand.

We had a wonderful time. It was magical and cant wait to do it again. ( after I win the lottery )

Thanks for eveyones help on this forum.
