OK everyone, Here's the game.... Is it possible to get a family of 11 with luggage from MCO to the BWV's in one vehicle without breaking the bank? I see that FL Tours has a van that hold 10. Should I be getting 2 vehicles? Thought about ME but want to stop at a grocery store for supplies. Anyone else have the "large family" problem and what was your solution. Any help would be appreciated.

If you don't need to transport everyone around, why not rent a car at the car care center for the groceries and use ME. That way everyone has a seat and the luggage is taken care of for you.

For what it will cost to transport 11 to BWV, a car for a couple of days will be cost effective.

I saw a sprinter van which holds 14 passengers and luggage at happy limo . That may be an option for you. It mentions room for 10 large suitcases and 10 carry ons and has individual seating.

Good luck!

I would check rental car prices and either rent a regular car at the airport (if you want a vehicle for your entire stay) and have 3 or 4 of you drive out and stop at the gocery and let everyone else take the ME...or all of you could take ME from the airport and then just rent a car for 1 day from the Dolphin (an easy walk from the BWV for pick up and drop off) to do your shopping.

You did not say if your family of 11 was 2 adults and 9 kids (in which case I would put everyone on the ME and do a Dolphin rental after arriving)...or if it is extended family with more adults....in which case you might like having a car that could be used as needed throughout your stay and renting at the airport might be a better option (cause with 11 of you there...you may need more than 1 run to the grocery store!!)

Either way it would be cheaper to rent a compact car for the entire week than to transport 11 from the airport with a town car/van service.

For that many people, definitely use ME and let them lug your bags around. Then, either rent a car for a few people to run for groceries, or take a taxi from your resort. Or, use one of the delivery services. I would think the cost of a private van service would be quite significant for that many people and luggage.
