We have some family members visiting Aulani this summer. Needless to say, as big Disney fans, my wife and I are jealous :)

They have asked us if we want any souvenirs from Aulani. Does anyone have any good ideas? I like Mickey, Oswald (guessing he's nowhere to be found on anything there), and Star Wars stuff. The wife likes Minnie and Eeyore. And the our small girls, well....They like anything having to do with princesses, Minnie, or Daisy. No Lilo and Stitch fans here...at least not yet.

Is there anything special or unique to Aulani which involves any of the characters I mentioned? Hawaiian shirts, board shorts, or t shirts perhaps? Or something else they sell there that cannot be ordered online or at the other Disney parks? We also like collecting pins.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

I have not been yet, but I know they have special Dooney and Bourke purses for sale at Aulani!

I went a little overboard with the shopping while there  - here are some of the things I got (not all have characters but I figured I'd list it all out in case it sparks any ideas): Aulani Dooney and Bourke bag (I got the large tote, they also have a wristlet and a smaller bag) - has Mickey and Minnie and scene of Aulani. I originally got the wristlet but the pattern is not scaled down so you only get a piece of the scene so I upgraded to the biggest bag so I could get the whole scene (there are a couple of other Aulani-specific patterns too). I also purchased the Aulani Pandora bead, an ear hat ornament (they had several Aulani-specific ones - we've already been collecting the character and park ones so I was excited to add to that collection), an Aulani magnet, a small stuffed Minnie in a Hawaiian dress (they also had Mickey in a Hawaiian shirt - I think the larger sizes are on the Disney Store website), two Aulani picture frames and a sweatshirt.

If they are venturing in to Waikiki - the LeSportsac store has Hawaiian themed Disney bags right now. I think these have since become available on LeSportsac's website if you want to see the styles. It's always nice to pick them out in person if possible because placement of the pattern varies. The Disney Store in Waikiki also sells the Hawaii exclusive Tsum Tsums (Mickey, Minnie and Stitch). We didn't find that out until too late so had to order off of eBay.

they do have aulani pins, yes. i bought one. let me see if i can find it and show you a picture.

don't know if you celebrate christmas, but we like collecting ornaments from places we visit. when we were in aulani last month, there were many to choose from, though inexplicably they still had some marked "aulani 2015". there was no discount on them or anything and i thought, who would buy these??? ;)

They have Aulani pins, Alex & Ani Aulani bracelets, and if you go to the little clothing boutique there are hand-dyed Hawaiian silk scarves that are gorgeous. But that's not specific to Aulani, they're Hawaiian. We like the pins, and every year we get the newest Aulani pin and we always get the newest Stitch pins. (I grew up on Oahu and go often to Aunty's condo and a stop at Aulani is always on the schedule.)

Last April I ended up allowing my daughter to get a HUGE Stitch stuffed animal. He was fairly inexpensive, $25, but OMG he took up half a suitcase!

The Aulani has its own teddy bear too (I forget its name) and it has little outfits. My youngest loves her bear.
