Family member has to back out of trip

Hi Everyone. We leave for Disney next Tuesday and I have a family member that can no longer go. Does anyone know if we can get a refund for her ticket or give to someone else?

Unused tickets never expire, so just save it for a future trip.

As siskaren said, unused tickets never expire so just be sure not to accidentally use the ticket during this trip. You can save it for a future trip or give it to anyone you wish.

If it is part of a package and you want a refund, it will cost $50 change fee + $15 paperwork fee since it's so close to your arrival date.

If you bought your tickets separately (not part of a package), did you buy them directly from Disney or an authorized seller? I believe that Disney doesn't have a return policy. But I've been able to get refunds from AAA and I know Undercover Tourist has a good return policy. AAA gave me a full refund. Undercover Tourist will give you all but 5% back.
