Family Magic Tour

If anyone has any comments or advice on this tour, I would love to hear!!! I have a DD 9 and DS 7. Is it worth doing this or using the morning hours to hit the big rides. I plan to do MK 2 days, one of which is EMH night. Could squeeze this into the morning of the day we plan to visit MGM. Advice please? Do you get alot of character interaction?

We did the Family Magic Tour during Thanksgiving 2003 and had a great time!!! DS was 11 and he still had fun! The surprise ending...for me...was worth it...the photo the CM took for me is one of those "priceless" ones. If your family is willing to be a bit "Goofy" and act like big kids then you will have a fantastic time! If not, then hope for the best...there are moments on the tour the other park guests might look at you with the "what the heck" looks but at other times they will be green with envy....no "magical" secrets shared here...you'll have to wait and see.

The CM we had was fabulous with our group...about 4 families, one which included a grandma who used a scooter for transportation...the CM went out of her way to be sure Grandma was able to participate.

Allearsnet.com does have some good info about the tour...but don't read it if you really want to be surprised.

I think it was worth taking the 2 hours out of the morning to do...it was included as part of our gold plan, but I'd happily pay the $25/person fee again. I think you will enjoy it. If you decide to go tell us if you had a good time!
