Another great update!

Nice wave shots!

The waves were really big and rolling in.

Juliana was having a blast running around in the sand. She even took her shoes off!

I hit the hay about 10:30 on Wednesday night and woke up to Juliana singing at 6:30am. It was hard to ignore since she was sleeping in the same bed as Melody and I.

HAHA! Nothing like a singing alarm clock!

We stopped by the town pier and walked around for a while. When we got back to Melody's grandparent's, I tried to fix her camera. I took it apart and tried to clean out any sand that got in there. I got zapped 3 times in the process! I wish I had pics of my face- that would of been priceless.

Ummmmm... dude... you're supposed to take out the batteries first

You can't really tell how big the waves were in the pics but I would say 4-8 feet. They were pretty big.

She loves to pose... I can see I'm gonna be in trouble in a few years!

She was up every morning between 6:20 and 6:40. UGH.

I took them out... I think I was getting zapped by the internal battery which I didn't reach yet because I was getting Zapped!!

Remember, this is a dude from Wisconsin... 57 degrees is beach weather!

Wow, I can't believe how cold and windy it looks in those pictures...FL is supposed to be warm and it bothers me when it's cold!

What a nice relaxing day though visiting with family. Sometimes we all need more of those in our lives.

By the way, we must live pretty close to one another...I see your picture from Christmas in NYC and then you said on my PTR that you saw the premiere of The Princess and the Frog there. How long does it take you to get to NYC? I've taken the ferry over to CT a few times...I'm about an hour from the Orient Point ferry and 25 mins from the Port Jeff ferry.

If M's camera, was a Canon, mine had the same problem. I went online and read up on the troubleshooting..it said to tap it...It kind of hit it hard and it's been fine since...

This picture of Juliana is a significant picture... this is the last picture ever taken on Melody's camera! She put it down to tie her shoe and when she tried to take another picture it kept saying lens error. I had my camera so we still got pics. I told her I would try to fix it when we got back.

D'oh. Good thing you had the backup camera. Your daughter is a cutie!

Look closely in the background. The one other person on the entire beach. A guy with his metal detector.

What a fun day at the beach- minus the camera glitch. Hope you can get it fixedj, without hurting yourself. If it doesn't cooperate, you always have a whip to teach it a lesson...

Oh no on Melody's camera! Something similar almost happened to mine this weekend during our beach trip. Some sand got in it and the lens doesn't want to open now.
