I've never tried a car bomb but I do love Colorado bulldogs (Baileys and coke) so I can imagine the result. It has to be poured just right or there's too much foam. We had fun tasting some regional specialties too. It DOES get expensive!

I guess that's one of the dangers of the BBB. Some positive re-inforcement about "natural" beauty is in order after a trip there.

Juliana was very emotional. But she snapped out of it quick once Mel said she would put her hair back up. I think since Branda put Victoria's hair back up, Juliana just wanted hers up too.

Such a bummer about Ana's pin!! I'll bet she was pretty upset!

She didn't seem all that upset. I think Melody was more upset. We have a problem with those pins falling off.

Those drinks sound utterly disgusting to me. A beer based anything- blecho! And I"m sure that the $40 bill was softened, though, with the desired effects of the booze.

We were getting close to lunch so having the 2 beers did slightly go to my head.

I sure don't like the sound of that post's ending...

Let's just say everyday doesn't have puffy clouds and rainbows.

I thought I was the only person who always got stuck behind THAT person at the FP machine. We always go in July and there are tons of tour groups from Brazil during that time. It never fails that I get behind the person with 60+ tickets and then when they're finally done, the machine is broken, empty, etc... I now scope out the lines like a hawk before I get in one

Thank goodness he only had like 15 or so tickets. There was a CM working the FP machines and he did have to open it up for a second to reset it. (or something).

If I saw someone with 60 tickets I'd probably pass out!

The kidcot is presented by Sharpie. I'm not sure if Sharpie makes an erasable marker? It is very weird that they do have the permanent markers there. Knock on wood... we have been lucky. Just a few marks on the hands, noting on the clothes...yet!

It foams up but I don't think it will foam out of the glass. You can see the top of the pint glass in the picture I took of Dave & I. I dropped it in, took the pic, and chugged it down. When I was done the bartender rang a bell that was behind the bar.

It was just a long week with the tiredness catching up with her I think. She was all smiles once Mel told her she would put her hair back up in the bun.

How sweet that Juliana wanted her hair back up in a bun - well, not sweet that she and Mommy cried over it, but so cute that she felt she HAD to have it!

Yep - forty dollars for four beers is a bit steep, but I will have to agree with a PP that said that the effects of the beer probably softened the blow of getting that tab!

She really didn't even seen to upset. Those pins are falling off all the time- we just finally 'lost' one.

Sorry about that... I had to put in a cliffhanger since I'm not going to be around all that much. I hope to have an update this weekend.

Yes I made Mel's shirt and the ones that Dave & I were wearing. The kids all had on matching 2010 shirts too.
