This question doesn't even apply to us yet, as we are now a family of 4 with 2 dds, 3years and 10months.
We have been considering DVC since we went on our first WDW vacation when dd1 was 18months old. We were just starting out, and didn't know much about it so decided to wait.
We are considering it again, with the thought of potentially buying a small contract thru resale to get our foot in the door with a lower upfront cost.
My question is, if we were to extend our family to 3 kids, will we always have to rent at least a 2 bedroom.
Do all of the studios and 1 bedroom units only sleep 4. That seems kinda odd to me since most dexluxe resorts sleep 5, why did Disney make a 1 bedroom villa that only sleeps 4?
With a small contract, we would eat our points quickly if we always had to get a 2 bedroom.
We don't plan on vacationing multiple times a year. Likely one longer vacation of about a week as we live near Chicago, and don't see ourselves making the trip down that often.
Also do any of the DVC studios have two beds rather than the one bed and a pullout?
Just wondering what most people with larger families do.
