Families First Vacation Homes

Has anyone used Familes first ( www.familiesfirst.com) to rent a vacation home?? I have an upcoming trip and plan to stay in one for the first 5 days of our vacation, the next 3 night at the Poly and then the Disney Cruise. I belong to the AAA and it is the only vacation home place that is AAA rated....anyone have any experiences with them??
