I don't know where my motivation went! I lost 6.7 pounds since the week before Halloween, but the last 1.5 weeks has been horrible. I've had some things going on both emotionally and physically, so I think that started me off on the wrong path.

If there is anyone out there that wouldn't mind being my motivational buddy, I'd really appreciate it. I'm cruising in less than two months and if I don't lose some weight before then, I'm going to truly be miserable. At least if I can stay motivated and do the right, healthy thing between now and then, I'll feel better about myself and not hide from pictures or under a ton of overwraps.

I'm doing WW and have 70+ lbs to lose.

I agree it is so hard to keep on track when things start going wrong:hug:. It's great you have something to aim at to loose the weight like the cruise.
I am trying to eat healthy food (trying to keep calories to around 1200) and trying to exercise more. I have about 70lb to loose as well.
I would love to be a motivational buddy with you if you would like that. (I have two buddies here and would be very happy to have another buddy:D)

I'm just getting started but I would love to have and give support too. I'm doing the South Beach diet and this is Day 3 for me. So far so good. I have a lot of weight to lose - over 100 pounds. I'm planning to take it in 10% increments so I have 28 pounds to take off first. I think if I focus too much on how long this might take or how much I have to lose, I might give up. It has finally made it through my thick skull that there is no easy way out, no little pill to take and no short cut to reaching my goal. I have to change my eating habits and exercise, no way around it. I'm fortunate enough to have my DH doing the program with me but I would love to offer some encouragement to others.

You know how it is when you first start, you are so motivated and I hope this positive feeling lasts but if and when it doesn't, I'll need lots of support, so let's support each other!!!
