OK - I just called Absolutely Everything and they *have* started selling tickets for the Sat. November 6 scrap bus trip. The info is below (it was also on the "we're kinda famous" thread that Danica started). A few DIS folks indicated they'd be interested in going if other DISers were...so I got the ball rolling...
The bus does always sell out, apparently, so the AE folks say "there are spots left, but don't wait too long" - so check your schedules and see if you're free that day. It sounds fun - and would even be so much more fun if a gang of us were along! I like the fact that it is early November, before the total craziness of the holiday season hits us.

Holiday Express Bus Trip
Tickets on sale now!!...for saturday, November 6...the day your life will be forever changed!!
The bus trip is ready to roll!! Get ready to have a blast on Saturday, November 6. (Does that seem so far away?...Well, yesterday, my 30 year old son was only two years old...just goes to show how fast the months really do fly by ...honestly, ask my son.)
Tickets for the very famous and very popular "Holiday Express" are the same as last year, $60, for which you will receive deluxe accomodations aboard our lovely bus (with a bathroom!) lunch along the way, 20 % off your entire purchase at AbsolutelyEverything, Ink About It and Colorful Creations, the three stamp/scrapbook stores involved. There is a surprise addition, a wonderful stop at the store Paper Source, in downtown Boston, and it just happens to be on the weekend of their Holiday demos!! ( Bonus--no parking issues!)
Well, it just doesn't get any better than this...and tickets are on sale now...at least in the morning, Monday, May 17, when we open tomorow. This has always been a great trip, so grab a friend, or hoof it alone and meet new buddies. The bus will most likely get filled, so the sooner the better is all I can say. Reservations can be made by calling the store or sending a check, or coming in, in person (we love when that happens!) 978-887-6397. I cannot make any predictions about how fast it will fill.
Specials for the bus trip. One lucky winner will have her/his name pulled at the beginning of the trip and will have the full amount of the trip added to their store account as a credit...so that makes the bus trip FREE for some lucky person. Everyone on the trip will be entered to win.
Also, everyone on our bus is elegible to win the "Bag Full of Presents"...which will henceforth be known as "B-FOP"...so if you want to drop this in conversation anytime in the store, you will be considered very cool. I would not, however, try to do this in the real world...not too cool out there.
Starting in mid-September, I will add one wrapped gift to the B-FOP each week, and at the end of the bus trip, we will draw a name to see who will take it all home!! I am already on pins and needles about this...B-FOP..yes, that is very cooool.
