Fall Blackout Date ?s

We are planning a trip either 10/29-11/5 or 11/12-11/19. For those with experience, are either of these weeks likely to be blacked out of a free dining promotion. I figure Dis offered FD again for the summer so I imagine they will offer again for fall/winter too.

So what's the history with blackouts?
