Once you have access to the hub you can put in to request days off. There are no guarantees that you'll get them, but I never had a problem. If you don't get them off, you can always give your shifts away or trade shifts with people as long as the managers approve - that just usually means you can't give someone a shift that puts them in overtime unless that shift was overtime for you. As for arrival dates, I'm not sure what's available as I'm pending. But, I did the CP for fall 2011 and I seem to remember there being some later dates to check in during September. Someone else will hopefully be able to help you out with that.
