Fall 2024 14 day visit, best way to save on tickets?

Travelling to Orlando Disney world July 2024.
We are a family of 2 adults 3 kids 8,15,17
Looking at the 14 ticket all parks tickets.
Is this the best option to visit all parks?
When is the best time to buy the tickets?
Any other ideas welcome
