Fairy Godmailer / Owl Post ?

When we went to WDW in 2009, we signed up for the Fairy Godmailer and the boys got postcards from WDW before the trip. We then returned the favor and sent postcards to 2 different families at the end of our trip.

Is there an Owl Post Assistant or something similar for kids taking their first trip to WWOHP?
