No, they're at park open. Pixie Hollow closes before dark, the Royal Hall stays open later because it's indoors. If you miss them in the morning, during parades are a good time, although ever since the Frozen show moved into the theater is seems like the Royal Hall is consistently more crowded. However that line moves pretty quickly.
Someone recently posted that Fairies can be open during MM, not sure if it's every day or just luck. Princesses open with the park, which is a good time to go in my experience.
Last week we went to Pixie Hollow on Wednesday morning about 10 minutes after the park opened. The line was 5 minutes. I highly recommend going early. We went last summer around 11:00 and waited almost an hour.
Two weeks ago when we were there, the Fantasy Faire's line was minimal. I think the first time we waited maybe 15 minutes and the second time we went right before the parade started and we walked right in. I agree though, first thing in the morning has always been minimal wait times for us.
We were there for Magic Morning on April 25, and Pixie Hollow opened at about ten minutes into the early entry period right as I happened to be walking by. I was surprised, and was literally the second person in line.
